Return & Exchange Policy

At Spring Tale, every piece is designed to feel close to the skin—soft, intentional, and personal.

Because lingerie and intimate apparel are deeply personal items, all such products are considered final sale for hygiene reasons.

Size Exchange

We understand that fit matters.

If the size isn’t quite right, we offer a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To keep every piece in its best condition, we kindly ask that:

• Items are unworn and unwashed
• Original tags are still attached
• Items are returned in original packaging
• Products remain free from any signs of wear

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs for size exchanges
• Exchanges are subject to availability

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

We will review your request and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
